I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing compassionate and individualized support through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My areas of focus include anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship and family concerns, and navigating significant life transitions. I am committed to providing inclusive care to clients of diverse backgrounds and identities, and I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, DBT-informed interventions, play therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Existential Therapy to help clients develop greater insight, strengthen coping and emotional regulation skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I recognize that beginning therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, and I prioritize building a trusting, judgment-free therapeutic relationship where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. Whether I am supporting a child through emotional or behavioral challenges, helping an adolescent build confidence and coping skills, or working with adults and families through periods of change, my goal is to help each client feel supported, empowered, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and being in nature. I especially value time in the mountains and the sense of grounding and perspective they provide.
