Associate Clinical Social Worker

I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, major life transitions, and emotional distress related to different phases of life. I have a special interest in supporting women through the emotional and psychological challenges that can arise during periods of transition, including perimenopause and menopause. I bring both clinical training and lived experience into my work, helping clients feel understood and supported as they move through life’s challenges and changes.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe exploring difficult emotions, gaining insight, and building greater self-awareness. I balance compassion with directness, offering thoughtful feedback that supports meaningful growth and lasting change. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Columbia University and my Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Justice Studies from California State University, Northridge. Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in veterinary specialty medicine administration, which deepened my appreciation for the human-animal bond and the emotional experiences that often accompany caregiving and loss. I have also worked with individuals impacted by the criminal legal system and remain committed to treating every client with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and being in nature. I especially value time in the mountains and the sense of grounding and perspective they provide.
