I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with young women navigating life transitions with an emphasis on the middle school and high school related challenges. I support individuals going through relationship and friendship difficulties, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions. I help clients strengthen distress tolerance and emotional regulation skills so they can navigate difficult emotions with greater confidence, stability, and self-awareness.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including children with autism, older adults, and individuals experiencing memory-related challenges. These experiences have strengthened my belief that therapy should be individualized, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
My approach integrates cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapy to support both immediate coping skills and deeper emotional insight. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Whether you are navigating relationship difficulties, emotional stress, anxiety, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.
If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to support you in your healing journey.
